Rajesh Sharma

With 15+ years in renewable energy, Rajesh founded FGPS Solar with a clear vision: affordable, reliable solar for every Indian household and business. An IIT Jodhpur alumnus, he led India's first commercial agrivoltaic pilot project in 2021. Under his leadership, FGPS Solar has grown from a two-person startup in Jaipur to one of Rajasthan's most trusted solar EPC companies, spanning 28+ cities.

Anil Verma

Anil brings deep technical excellence from his years in R&D at Tata Power Solar, where he built a reputation as one of the industry's sharpest innovation minds. He holds 3 patents in solar tracking systems and energy storage integration. At FGPS Solar, he leads all technology strategy — from panel selection and system design to smart monitoring platforms and next-generation inverter integrations.

Kavita joined FGPS Solar when it was a single-city operation and has since built the brand's presence across 28 cities — with zero paid brand-building agency spend. She built the digital marketing engine from the ground up: SEO, performance campaigns, WhatsApp funnels, and a content strategy that attracts 50,000+ monthly website visitors. Her campaigns have generated over 12,000 qualified leads in the last two years alone.
