Engineering Design

Detailed engineering encompasses module layout optimisation, string sizing, inverter selection, single-line diagrams, structural drawings (IS 875 Part-3 wind-load compliant), cable routing plans, and all documentation required for DISCOM and statutory approvals. Civil Works

Foundation design and construction (ground mount), rooftop waterproofing and anchor bolt placement, cable trench excavation, and mounting structure erection by our in-house civil team. All civil work follows IS codes and is supervised by a resident engineer. Parallel civil and procurement activities shorten overall timelines.

Electrical Installation

Module mounting, string wiring, DC combiner installation, inverter interconnection, AC panel and net-meter wiring, earthing & lightning protection, and SCADA sensor installation. All electrical work is performed by MNRE-certified electricians and tested against IEC 62446 site commissioning standards before energisation.

What is not included unless specified separately: land acquisition, existing building structural reinforcement beyond the agreed scope, post-warranty O&M services, and grid infrastructure upgrades required by the utility. We clearly define scope boundaries in writing before contract signing — there are no hidden exclusions.
Timeline depends on project size and complexity. As a general guide: a 100–500 kW rooftop project takes 6–10 weeks from contract signing to commissioning; a 1–5 MW ground-mount project typically takes 12–20 weeks. Major timeline variables include DISCOM approval lead times (which can be unpredictable), equipment lead time from manufacturers, and site readiness. We build realistic timelines into the contract with milestone-based payment schedules, and we track progress weekly with clients via a shared project dashboard.
We provide three layers of warranty: (1) Equipment manufacturer warranties — typically 12 years product warranty and 25-year linear power output warranty for panels; 5–10 years for inverters. (2) Workmanship warranty — 12-month defect liability period from commissioning, during which any installation defect is rectified at no cost. (3) For Turnkey (EPC + O&M) contracts — an annual Performance Ratio (PR) guarantee, typically 75–78%, with financial remedies if the plant underperforms. All warranties are documented and assigned to you at handover.
Yes — regulatory facilitation is a core part of our EPC scope. We prepare and submit all documentation required for DISCOM technical feasibility, net-metering application, and solar power purchase agreement (SPPA) processing.
