Engineering, Procurement & Construction — from design to commissioning, we handle everything. One partner, zero gaps, full accountability.
EPC — Engineering, Procurement, and Construction — is the preferred model for businesses, institutions, and government bodies that want a solar plant delivered on time, within budget, and with zero internal coordination burden.
Instead of managing separate vendors for design, equipment sourcing, civil work, and electrical installation, you get a single point of contact who owns the entire project lifecycle. FGPS Solar serves as your EPC contractor from day one through commissioning and grid connectivity.
Site assessment, shadow analysis, structural load calculations, single-line diagrams, and compliance-ready documentation for DISCOM and MNRE approvals.
Tier-1 panels, Tier-1 inverters, BIS-certified mounting structures, cables, and switchgear — sourced at scale and backed by manufacturer warranties.
Turnkey civil and electrical installation by certified technicians, including grid synchronisation, net-metering coordination, and final commissioning reports.
Managing a solar project with multiple vendors creates delays, blame-shifting, and cost overruns. Turnkey EPC eliminates all of that.
One contract, one team, one point of escalation from design to handover.
Fixed-price contracts with defined milestones — no surprise invoices mid-project.
In-house design engineers ensure optimised layout for maximum yield, not just minimum cost.
Streamlined procurement and parallel work-streams cut project timelines by 30–40%.
We handle all DISCOM approvals, net-metering applications, and statutory inspections.
From equipment-only supply to full lifecycle management — we offer three clearly defined models so you pay only for what you need.
We source and deliver Tier-1 panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and all BOS components to your site. Ideal for clients with their own installation teams or approved civil contractors.
Our most popular model. We take responsibility for the entire project from engineering design through grid commissioning — you sign off and start generating revenue.
Maximum peace of mind. We deliver the plant and then operate and maintain it for an agreed term — with performance guarantees, remote monitoring, and scheduled preventive maintenance.
A proven six-step delivery framework refined across 380+ projects. Every milestone is tracked, documented, and signed off before the next phase begins.
Our engineers visit your site to assess available area, shadow mapping, roof/ground load capacity, grid connectivity point, and local DISCOM tariff structure. We produce a detailed pre-feasibility report with projected generation, financial modelling (IRR, NPV, payback), and a preliminary layout.
🕑 3 – 7 daysDetailed engineering encompasses module layout optimisation, string sizing, inverter selection, single-line diagrams, structural drawings (IS 875 Part-3 wind-load compliant), cable routing plans, and all documentation required for DISCOM and statutory approvals. LIDAR-assisted 3D modelling is used for complex sites.
🕑 7 – 14 daysWe leverage relationships with Tier-1 manufacturers to source modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, switchgear, and monitoring hardware at competitive prices. All equipment is inspected at the factory or warehouse before dispatch. Manufacturer warranties and test certificates accompany every shipment.
🕑 10 – 21 daysFoundation design and construction (ground mount), rooftop waterproofing and anchor bolt placement, cable trench excavation, and mounting structure erection by our in-house civil team. All civil work follows IS codes and is supervised by a resident engineer. Parallel civil and procurement activities shorten overall timelines.
🕑 14 – 28 daysModule mounting, string wiring, DC combiner installation, inverter interconnection, AC panel and net-meter wiring, earthing & lightning protection, and SCADA sensor installation. All electrical work is performed by MNRE-certified electricians and tested against IEC 62446 site commissioning standards before energisation.
🕑 7 – 21 daysPre-commissioning checks, insulation resistance tests, string IV curve testing, grid synchronisation, performance ratio validation, and DISCOM inspection coordination. On successful commissioning we deliver: as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manual, warranty documents, and login credentials for your monitoring dashboard.
🕑 3 – 5 daysOur EPC teams are experienced across diverse site types and regulatory environments — from rooftop factories to open-land utility projects.
High-load factories with 24 × 7 operations — we design systems that maximise daytime self-consumption and reduce peak-hour grid draw.
Large flat or sawtooth rooftops with minimal shade — ideal for high-yield EPC deployments from 500 kW to 5 MW+.
Ground-mounted and elevated agrivoltaic structures that generate power while protecting crops — dual revenue for farmers and agribusinesses.
Malls, office parks, hospitals, and mixed-use developments — we integrate solar into architectural plans and handle all HOA/RWA approvals.
MNRE-empanelled contractor for government buildings, municipalities, and public sector undertakings under PM Surya Ghar and KUSUM schemes.
Substations, pumping stations, telecom towers, and highway service areas — off-grid and grid-tied EPC solutions for critical infrastructure.
Every metric here represents a real project, a real client, and energy generated every day.
Every FGPS Solar EPC project is delivered under a multi-layer quality management system that covers equipment, installation workmanship, electrical safety, and post-commissioning performance.
Our project delivery processes follow internationally audited quality management standards covering design, procurement, and construction phases.
Waste minimisation, responsible material disposal, and environmental impact protocols enforced on every project site.
Listed under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy's approved contractor registry — qualifying projects for government subsidies and incentives.
All electrical installations are tested against IEC 62446-1 — the international standard for grid-connected PV system commissioning documentation.
We source only BIS-certified modules and inverters, ensuring compliance with Indian standards and eligibility for ALMM-listed incentive programmes.
All our EPC sites operate under mandatory PPE protocols, LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) procedures, working-at-height permits, and daily safety toolbox talks. Zero LTI target on every project.
Everything you need to know before signing an EPC contract — answered clearly, without jargon.
